VDL Wientjes Roden manufactures highly complex synthetic components. If required, the assembly department can produce sub-assemblies or complex end products from semi-finished products and other components.

Methodology

The joints that are used differ depending on the application and the type of material, and include:

• Synthetic welding with welding wire in the same material as the basic material
• Ultrasonic welding
• Gluing
• Screwing
• Taping
• Nailing
• Or combinations of the above
